The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, as it was right on the lake. The views were breathtaking and the proximity to the water made it convenient for activities like boating and hiking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast offered a great selection of locally-baked goods and beverages. the hotel provided a fantastic experience with its stunning views and comfortable accommodations.
The outdoor stairs were icy and slippery during my stay, posing a safety concern.

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Have family in the Tahoe area and have never stayed there before but have spent many times eating there. The food was wonderful, we were surprised how quiet the area is during low season. The west shore is a great location to be in.
The rooms need a makeover. The bedding was outdated and the pillows were horrible.
